[0013] The Bobble Hand and Finger design is a new novelty item that comprises a one piece hand and finger display with a hole in the center of the palm to be connected to any figure, item, and any other device to give the bobble effect to the hand and finger as one unit with a spring or weight or any other method of achieving the bobble effect attached to any other item or device or part of that item or device.
