Description:
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0001] 1. Field of the Invention
[0002] The present invention relates to a middle sole, and more particularly to a middle sole with cushioning effect.
[0003] 2. Description of the Prior Art
[0004] As shown in FIG. 1, a conventional shoe essentially comprises a sole 11, a middle sole 12 fixed to the sole 11, an insole 13 fixed to the middle sole 12, and a cushion 14 fixed to the middle sole 12 and located between the sole 11 and the insole 13 to prevent direction impact between the user's feet and the ground.
[0005] The cushion 14 should be applied with a layer of adhesive and then dried a little by a drying machine or directly put into the cavity 111 of the sole 11. After the cushion 14 is adhered to the sole 11, the middle sole 12 should also applied with a layer of adhesive and adhered to the cushion 14 and the sole 11. Therefore, assembling the shoe is troublesome and time consuming.
[0006] Furthermore, since the cushion 14 is glued between the sole 11 and the middle sole 12 by adhesive, when the wearer is doing strenuous activities and the force applied to the cushion 14 is relatively large, the cushion 14 is likely to disengage from the middle sole 12 or the sole 11.
[0007] The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0008] The primary object of the present invention is to provide a middle sole with cushioning effect capable of reducing the time required for assembling a shoe.
[0009] Another object of the present invention is to provide a middle sole with cushioning effect capable of improving bonding strength between the middle sole and the cushioning portion thereof.
[0010] To achieve the above objects, a middle sole with cushioning effect in accordance with the present invention comprises at least one cushioning portion integrally formed on the middle sole, and the cushioning portion includes an airtight air chamber.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0019] The present invention will be clearer from the following description when viewed together with the accompanying drawings, which show, for purpose of illustrations only, the preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention.
[0020] Referring to FIGS. 2-4, a middle sole 20 with cushioning effect in accordance with a first embodiment of the present invention is integrally formed with a cushioning portion 21. The cushioning portion 21 is a hollow structure formed with an airtight air chamber 211 and located corresponding to the position of the heel 91 of a wearer's foot 90.
[0021] Since the cushioning portion 21 is integrally formed on the middle sole 20, the middle sole 20 can be directly fixed to the sole 81 and the insole 82 without having to wait for some time for the adhesive to dry off after the cushioning portion 21 is adhered to the sole 81 or to the middle sole 20. Therefore, the present invention is capable of reducing the time required for assembling the shoe.
[0022] Furthermore, since the cushioning portion 21 is integrally formed on the middle sole 20, the bonding strength of the cushioning portion 21 and the middle sole 20 is improved as compared to adhesive, the cushioning portion 21 is less likely to disengage from the middle sole 20 even when the wearer is doing strenuous activities.
[0023] It is to be noted that the abovementioned integral forming means that the cushioning portion 21 is placed in a mold, and then the cushioning portion 21 and the middle sole 20 are integrally formed in the mold, namely, the cushioning portion 21 is integral with the middle sole 20 as a unit. Referring to FIG. 5, in addition to the cushioning portion 21, the middle sole 20 in accordance with the first embodiment is further provided with a rear half portion 22 located corresponding to the heel of the wearer's foot, and a front half portion 23 which is softer than the rear half portion 22 and located corresponding to the front part of the sole of the wear's foot. Such arrangements improve walking comfort.
[0024] Referring to FIG. 6, a second embodiment of the present invention is shown, wherein the middle sole 30 is integrally formed with a cushioning portion 31 which is located corresponding to the position of the arch 92 of the sole of the wearer's foot 90. Referring to FIG. 7, a third embodiment of the present invention is shown, wherein the middle sole 40 is integrally formed with a cushioning portion 41 which is located corresponding to the position of the front part 93 of the sole of the wearer's foot 90.
[0025] Referring to FIG. 8, the middle sole 20 in accordance with the first embodiment is further provided with a first cushioning portion 24 which is located to the heel 91 of the sole of a wearer's foot 90 and a second cushioning portion 25 which is located corresponding to the arch 92 of the wear's foot 90.
[0026] While we have shown and described various embodiments in accordance with the present invention, it is clear to those skilled in the art that further embodiments may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
