Abstract:
The paper towel dispenser utilizes the configuration and proportional
scale of a real class A RV (Recreational Vehicle).
The awning in the replication is the towel guide. The towel guide can be
opened and closed with the aid of the side armature which is also a
replication of the real awning.
A lighting array has been added to the bottom of the awning/towel guide
to add another aspect to the replication of a real class A (Recreational
Vehicle).
The interior houses the paper towel roll, paper towel hanger, an on and
off switch, battery container for the lighting array (battery and solar)
and an area to accommodate condiment dispensers.
Four nonskid rubber pads are affixed to the bottom of the unit to protect
surfaces and aid in it's functionality.Claims:
1. I claim that to the best of my knowledge I am the first to make use of
the RV (recreational vehicle) awning replication as a paper towel
dispenser: I claim that this replication and the lighting elements
(whether clear, opaque or multi-colored) of the awning are the basis of
all other themes and functions of this unit. I claim that the tote is the
first to combine a paper towel dispenser with the ability to house
independent condiment dispensers, salt and pepper mill and a napkin
holder.Description:
FIG. 1
[0001] Shown is a front, side and top view. The RV Paper Towel Dispenser & Condiment Tote is made of light weight tin. Capable of holding multiple condiment dispensers, salt and pepper mill and a napkin holder.
[0002] A carrying handle (possible recessed handle configuration) is attached.
[0003] Four nonskid rubber pads are affixed to the bottom of the unit to protect surfaces and aid in it's functionality.
[0004] The interior houses an attached paper towel roll dispenser and the power pack (battery/solar) attached to it.
[0005] When not in the open position, it also houses the awning which serves as the paper towel guide.
[0006] Measurements for the dispenser are: [0007] X--21'', Y--9.75'', Z--7.25''
[0008] Measurements for the awning are: [0009] X--11.5'', Y--0.5'', Z--7.25''
FIG. 2
[0010] An interior view showing the location of the paper towel dispenser, on and off switch for the lighting array on the awning/paper towel guide, the paper towel guide and an area for condiment holders.
FIG. 3
[0011] Shown is a bottom, side and partial view of the awning extended. High intensity miniature lights are housed in a rectangularly constructed unit (tin being the tentative substrate). This unit will contain the individual miniature bulbs and wiring creating an even array of miniature bulbs for a dramatic lighting effect.
[0012] A central pillar houses the wiring for the high intensity miniature lights. This pillar continues into the interior of the dispenser where it then feeds the wiring to an on/off control unit. This unit delivers battery, solar or both energies to the lights.
[0013] On the sides of the awning are two stop notches at 90° angles from the awning arm slide track. These are key elements in the positioning of the awning in either an open or closed configuration. In the closed configuration, paper towels are still accessible for dispensing.
[0014] Front and rear guide slots are at 35° degree angles from the base of the awning pullout.
[0015] Four nonskid rubber pads are affixed to the bottom of the unit to protect surfaces and aid in it's functionality.
[0016] Measurements for the unit that houses the miniature lights: [0017] X--11'', Y--0.5'', Z--0.25''
