Description:

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] 1. Field of the Invention

[0002] The present invention is a kind of pre-applied waterproof construction methods to obtain a waterproof effect on different construction sites.

[0003] 2. Description of the Prior Art

[0004] When a digging process is started from a base structure of the high buildings including multi-layered basements, a slurry wall should be constructed in advanced. This way can avoid sands, soils, and stones falling from the base structure and can prevent groundwater flowing into a base structure to endanger adjacent buildings or roads. In addition, in order to avoid the groundwater from the slurry wall permeating into the basements and to prevent soils, stones and sands beneath adjacent buildings being pulled outward to cause land subside, a conventional waterproof construction method is applied and includes steps of: paving flat wood plates on curved soil layers, retaining piles, or slurry walls and connecting the wood plates together by using a pneumatic nailing; paving waterproof sheets (such as PVC, HDPE, EVA, self-adhesive asphalt films) on the wood plates and connecting the waterproof sheets by using the pneumatic nailing tool. Thereafter, the PU or rubberized asphalts are used as sealing glues to fill joints or nail holes, and then bind steel bars, assemble formworks, and place concretes in order.

[0005] However, such a conventional construction method still has the following defects:

[0006] 1. The wall surfaces have to be flatted by using wood plates.

[0007] 2. Unlike coatings, sheet membranes are difficult to be fully adhered to irregular and curved surfaces, such as internal and external angles, protrusions of steel bars, piles, and pipes, etc.

[0008] 3. The sealing glues are selected from PU and rubberized asphalts which can not completely be adhered to the waterproof sheets, thus generating gaps.

[0009] 4. The wood plates are deformed by pressure as the concretes are placed, and when the steel piles are pulled, the wood plates and the waterproof membranes are broken easily.

[0010] The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0011] The primary object of the present invention is to provide a pre-applied waterproof construction method that is capable of obtaining a waterproof effect on different construction sites without being limited by environment and climate factors.

[0012] To obtain the above objectives, a pre-applied waterproof construction method used in a dry construction sit contains the steps of the present invention:

[0013] A. Paving a plurality of lining fabric materials and connecting the lining fabric materials on a number of predetermined base structures;

[0014] B. Spraying waterproof coating materials on a surface of each lining fabric material to form a seamless waterproof coating material;

[0015] C. Applying a layer of adhesion promoter on a surface of the waterproof coating after spraying the waterproof coating to reinforce an adhesion of the concrete connecting with the waterproof coating materials.

[0016] Furthermore, a pre-applied waterproof construction method used in a wet construction site contains the steps of the present invention:

[0017] A. Spraying waterproof coating materials on a surface of each lining fabric material;

[0018] B. Paving a plurality of lining fabric materials with the waterproof coating materials on a number of base structures;

[0019] C. Applying the waterproof coating materials onto the joints between the lining fabric materials to generate a seamless state;

[0020] D. Applying a layer of adhesion promoter on a surface of the waterproof coating materials to reinforce an adhesion of a concrete connecting with the waterproof coating materials. Finally, steel bar binding, formwork assembling, and concrete placing are processed in order.
