Abstract

A cosmetic bottle with least one inner sub-bottle comprises a bottle body being a hollow casing with an upper opening and an lower opening; an inner sub-bottle being a hollow casing with an upper opening; the inner sub-bottle being placed within the bottle body; an inner space being formed between the inner sub-bottle and the bottle body; and the inner sub-bottle serving to receive cosmetic material; an engaging cover having an opening which is aligned to the upper opening of the inner sub-bottle in assembled state; an upper cover having a sealed top surface; the upper cover being engaged to the engaging cover; and a lower base having a bottom surface with a lateral enclosure which is engageable to the bottom of the bottle body.

Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention relates to bottles, and in particular to a cosmetic bottle with at least one inner sub-bottle.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] In the prior art, a cosmetic bottle capable of expanding patterns on an inner bottle body comprises: an inner bottle having a pattern at an outer surface thereof an outer bottle at an outer side of the inner bottle; a hollow space being formed between the inner bottle and the outer bottle; the outer bottle being made of transparent material or semi-transparent material so that the pattern at the outer surface of the inner bottle can be viewed from an outer side of the outer bottle; and a gel layer or a liquid layer being filled in the hollow space between the inner bottle and outer bottle.

[0003] However, in this prior art, the interior of the bottle body can not be seen clearly. Furthermore, the outlook is dull. If the bottle body is destroyed, the whole body must be deserted. The inner bottle body can not be and thus the cost is high.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0004] Accordingly, the object of the present invention is to overcome the defects in the prior art, the present invention provides a cosmetic bottle with least one inner sub-bottle, wherein it is illustrated that the shapes of the bottle body and the inner sub-bottle may have many different shapes so as to present vivid effects to viewers. Furthermore, since the inner sub-bottle is made of transparent or semi-transparent material so that by deflection effect, it is presented as the bottle body is expanded.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.

[0013] With reference to FIGS. 1(A) to 6, the cosmetic bottle with an inner sub-bottle according to the present invention comprises the following elements.

[0014] A bottle body 1 is a hollow casing with an upper opening and a lower opening.

[0015] An inner sub-bottle is also a hollow casing with an upper opening. The inner sub-bottle 2 is placed within the bottle body 1. An inner space 110 is formed between the inner sub-bottle 2 and the bottle body 1.

[0016] The inner sub-bottle 2 is made of transparent or semi-transparent material. The inner sub-bottle 2 is a sealed container or a plug 201 is installed at a bottom thereof (see FIG. 1(C). The plug 201 may be made of transparent or semi-transparent material. The plug 201 is liftable by liquid in the inner sub-bottle 2. A decoration (not shown) may be installed on the plug so as to present a vivid feeling to the bottle body. The inner sub-bottle serving to receive cosmetic material.

[0017] A fluid layer 13 is formed by filling liquid or gas into the inner space 110. The fluid may be liquid or gas.

[0018] An engaging cover 3 has an opening which is aligned to the upper opening of the inner sub-bottle 2 in assembled state.

[0019] An upper cover 4 has a sealed top surface. The upper cover 4 is engaged to the engaging cover 3.

[0020] A lower base 5 has a bottom surface with a lateral enclosure which is engageable to the lower opening of the bottle body 1 so as to seal the lower part of the bottle body 1.

[0021] Referring to FIGS. 1(A) and 1(B), the assembly of the present invention is illustrated. In assembly, the inner sub-bottle 2 is placed within the bottle body 1 from the lower opening of the bottle body 1. Then the bottle body 1 is placed into the lower base 5 which are combined with supersonic welding. Then the engaging cover 3 is engaged to an upper side of the bottle body 1 so that the opening of the engaging cover 3 is engaged to the opening of the bottle body 1 and the upper opening of the inner sub-bottle 2. Then the upper cover 4 covers upon the engaging cover 3. The combination of these elements are performed by supersonic welding.

[0022] Referring to FIGS. 2(A) and 2(B), in the present invention, it is illustrated that the shapes of the bottle body 1 and the inner sub-bottle 2 may have many different shapes so as to present vivid effects to viewers. Furthermore, since the inner sub-bottle 2 is made of transparent or semi-transparent material and thus by deflection effect, it presents as the bottle body 1 is expanded.

[0023] With reference to FIG. 6, another embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. It is illustrated that in FIG. 6, two or more inner sub-bottles 2 are installed in the bottle body 1. The opening of the inner sub-bottles 2 are aligned to the openings of the engaging cover 3.

[0024] It should be noted herein that above mentioned structure can be used to the upper cover. That is, the upper cover may have at least one inner sub-bottles.

[0025] In the present invention, by supersonic welding, the elements are not shifted. No glue is used and thus the outlook thereof is beautiful. If a secondary machining work is necessary to the inner sub-bottle, the work can be preformed easy and quick. If one of the inner sub-bottle or bottle body is destroyed, it only needs to desert one of the inner sub-bottle and the bottle body. Other portion of the bottle body is remained. The cost is low.

Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.

Claims

1. A cosmetic bottle with at least one inner sub-bottle comprising: a bottle body being a hollow casing with an upper opening and an lower opening; an inner sub-bottle being a hollow casing with an upper opening; the inner sub-bottle being placed within the bottle body; an inner space being formed between the inner sub-bottle and the bottle body; and the inner sub-bottle serving to receive cosmetic material; an engaging cover having an opening which is aligned to the upper opening of the inner sub-bottle in assembled state; an upper cover having a sealed top surface; the upper cover being engaged to the engaging cover; and a lower base having a bottom surface with a lateral enclosure which is engageable to the bottom of the bottle body; and wherein in assembly, the inner sub-bottle is placed within the bottle body from the lower opening of the bottle body; then the bottle body is placed into the lower base which are combined with supersonic welding; then the engaging cover is engaged to an upper side of the bottle body so that the opening of the engaging cover is engaged to the opening of the bottle body and the upper opening of the inner sub-bottle; then the upper cover covers upon the engaging cover; and all the combination of these elements are made of supersonic welding.

2. The cosmetic bottle as claimed in claim 1, wherein a fluid layer is formed by filling liquid or gas into the inner space.

3. The cosmetic bottle as claimed in claim 2, wherein the fluid is selected from liquid and gas.

4. The cosmetic bottle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inner sub-bottle being made of transparent or semi-transparent material.

5. The cosmetic bottle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inner sub-bottle has a sealed bottom.

6. The cosmetic bottle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inner sub-bottle is opened at a lower end thereof; and a plug is installed at the lower end of the inner sub-bottle.

7. The cosmetic bottle as claimed in claim 6, wherein the plug is made of transparent or semi-transparent material.

8. The cosmetic bottle as claimed in claim 6, wherein the plug is liftable by liquid in the inner sub-bottle.

9. The cosmetic bottle as claimed in claim 6, wherein a decoration is installed upon an upper side of the plug so as to present a vivid feeling to the bottle body.

10. The cosmetic bottle as claimed in claim 1, wherein another inner sub-bottle is also installed in the bottle body so that there are two inner sub-bottles within the bottle body; and different inner sub-bottles serves to fill different material.

11. The cosmetic bottle as claimed in claim 10, wherein each inner sub-bottle is opened at a lower end thereof; and a plug is installed at the lower end of the inner sub-bottle.

12. The cosmetic bottle as claimed in claim 10, wherein each inner sub-bottle is opened at a lower end thereof; and a plug is installed at the lower end of the inner sub-bottle.

13. The cosmetic bottle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper cover has also a further inner sub-bottle to be installed therein.
