Patent application title: SEALING PROTECTION STRUCTURE FOR PACKAGE BAG

Inventors:  Feng Chen (Hong Kong, CN)
IPC8 Class: AB65D3300FI
USPC Class: 383211
Class name: Flexible bags bag closure secured by a releasable or frangible bond (e.g., peel seal) adhesive bond
Publication date: 2011-07-07
Patent application number: 20110164838

Abstract:

A closure structure for the packing bag including a closure strip and a strong stickiness material applied equably on the closure strip, a tearing proof strip disposed along the closure. The said tearing proof strip includes at least one notch ranked in dashed along the closure. The said notch can be a strip shaped short straight line, a short broken line or cross lines formed by two short straight lines. The protection film is affixed to the surface of said strong stickiness material. The advantages of the closure structure of the packing bag of the utility model are that: due to the special configuration, the closure of the packing bag will be destroyed if a person attempts to steal the secret document contained therein; as a result, the stealer will be so frightened that he/she stops the stealing act and the purpose for keeping secret is therefore achieved; the utility model is lower in cost; furthermore, it may use the degraded materials which will not cause pollution.

Claims:

1. A closure structure for the packing bag, including a closure strip and a strong stickiness material applied equably on the closure strip, is characterized in that: a tearing proof strip disposed along the closure.

2. A closure structure for the packing bag according to claim 1, is characterized in that: the said tearing proof strip includes at least one notch ranked in dashed along the closure.

3. A closure structure for the packing bag according to claim 2, is characterized in that: the said notch can be a strip shaped short straight line, a short broken line or cross lines formed by two short straight lines.

4. A closure structure for the packing bag according to claim 1, is characterized in that: the strong stickiness material is a long strip adhesive tape disposed along the opening of the bag.

5. A closure structure for the packing bag according to claim 1, is characterized in that: a protection film is affixed to the surface of said strong, stickiness material.

Description:

FIELD OF THE UTILITY MODEL

[0001] The utility model relates to a closure structure of the packing bag. More particularly, the utility model relates to a closure protection structure of the packing bag.

BACKGROUND OF THE UTILITY MODEL

[0002] The closures of the conventional packing bags are sealed by adhesive tape or gluewater when they are transported so that the packing bags are prevented from opening or being opened optionally or casually. However, when there is a valuable article or a confidential document in packing bags, the satisfying protection and secrecy can not be realized via the conventional sealed method. Since these closures can be stuck up again after they are opened without leaving any opened trace on the surface In this case, the article or the important document may be lost or disclosed easily. Therefore, a packing bag with a closure structure is needed to prevent the bags from being opened easily.

SUMMARY OF THE UTILITY MODEL

[0003] The technical problem of the present utility model is to provide a closure structure for the packing bag to prevent it from being opened easily.

[0004] The said technical problem can be solved by the technical solution below: a closure structure for the packing bag including a closure strip and a strong stickiness material applied equably on the closure strip; a tearing proof strip disposed along the closure.

[0005] The said tearing proof strip includes at least one notch ranked in dashed along the closure.

[0006] The said notch can be a strip shaped short straight line, a short broken line or cross lines formed by two short straight lines.

[0007] The protection film is affixed to the surface of said strong stickiness material.

[0008] The advantages of the closure structure of the packing bag of the utility model are that: due to the special configuration, the closure of the packing bag will be destroyed if a person attempts to steal the secret document contained therein; as a result, the stealer will be so frightened that he/she stops the stealing act and the purpose for keeping secret is therefore achieved; the utility model is lower in cost: furthermore, it may use the degraded materials which will not cause pollution.

DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES

[0009] The utility model will be further described by some embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0010] FIG. 1 is a structural illustrative view of the closure protection structure of the packing bag of the present utility model with a closure opened;

[0011] FIG. 2 is an illustrative view with a closure closed of FIG. 1;

[0012] FIG. 3 is an illustrative view of the second embodiment of a tearing proof strip of the closure protection structure of the packing bag of the present utility model;

[0013] FIGS. 4 and 5 are the illustrative views of the third and the fourth embodiments of a tearing proof strip of the closure protection structure of the packing bag of the present utility model.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERED EMBODIMENTS

[0014] FIGS. 1 and 2 illustrate a closure protection structure of the packing bag of the present utility model used in a packing bag. The packing bag includes a bag body (1) and a closure strip (2), and whereon a strong stickiness material (3) applied evenly, which is a long strip adhesive tape disposed along the opening of the bag. Along the closure strip (2) is disposed a tearing proof strip (4), which includes at least one notch ranked in dashed along the closure. The said notch can be a short line as illustrated in FIG. 1, or cross lines formed by two short straight lines as seen in FIG. 3, or a short broken line as illustrated in FIGS. 4-5. A protection film is affixed to the surface of the said strong stickiness material (3) (not illustrated in Figures).

[0015] In actual use, a document or an article is put into the bag body (1) of the packing bag first; then, the protection film on the surface of the strong stickiness material (3) of the bag is torn and the packing bag is enclosed by the strong stickiness material (3) (the enclosed bag can be seen in FIG. 2); overlap pressing the tearing proof strip (4) after the bag is enclosed so that the bag is stick up. With the tearing proof strip (4) of the packing bag and the strong stickiness material (3) of the closure, anyone who wants to tear the closure to see document will destroy the tiny notch on the tearing proof strip (4) of the closure; therefore, the stealing act can be detected, so the confidentiality purpose can be achieved.

[0016] The packing bag may be made of either paper or polypropylene material so as to prevent the article in the packing bag from been damaged by rain water and etc.
