Abstract

vessels for storing, mainly, food products, for example, bottles or similar vessels with a neck or similar orifices for pouring the content. The vessels can have a curvilinear cross-section outline, for example in the form of a circle or a polygon. The aim of the invention is to design a liquid vessel, for example a bottle for vodka, bear or wine, which has a metering volume and is easy for use, simple in production and processible. The inventive vessel comprises a body with a bottom and is provided with an additional metering volume which is located on the side of the bottom, is in the form of a cylinder, is mountable on the vessel body by the open end face thereof and is incorporated onto the vessel with tension. The liquid vessel is characterised in that the doser has a rectilinear cross-section outline. The liquid vessel is characterised in that the doser is made in the form a vessel with graduation marks. The liquid vessel is characterised in that the vessel and the doser are threaded and the doser can be crewed onto the vessel. The liquid vessel is also characterised in that the vessel and/or the doser are made of glass, metal or plastic material. In general, the doser must fit the shape of the liquid vessel.

Description

[0001]The useful model refers to vessels for storage of preferably food products, for example, bottles, or similar vessels having bottlenecks or similar openings for pouring the contents out. The vessels may have in their cross-section a curve-like contour, for instance, a circle or a polygon.

[0002]There is known a patented U.S. invention, according to which utensils (e.g. spoon, knife, fork) can be utilized particularly with vessels for liquid (yogurt, sour cream, etc.) [1].

[0003]In the industry, there are known liquid vessels, furnished with a batcher, made as a container put on the top of vessel usable for detergent [2].

[0004]In terms of technical substance and functional performance, the most similar to the present model is a vessel for liquid, according to RU 52822 that comprises: a body with a bottom portion, an additional batcher-container shaped as cup, the container is so configured that is capable of being mounted with its opening onto the body of vessel [3].

[0005]The purpose of the useful model is to provide a design for a liquid vessel, e.g. a bottle usable for vodka, beer, or wine, which vessel would have a batcher container, while the design would be simple and easy manufactured. As a rule, the batcher should correspond to the shape of the liquid vessel.

[0006]For this purpose a liquid vessel is proposed, which vessel comprises: a body with a bottom portion, an additional batcher-container shaped as cup, the container is so configured that is capable of being mounted with its opening onto the body of vessel, wherein the batcher is built in the vessel with tension.

[0007]The vessel is characterized in that the cross-section of the batcher is configured as a curved contour.

[0008]The vessel is characterized in that the batcher is configured as a container with gauge marks.

[0009]The vessel is characterized in that the vessel and the batcher are made with a threading so that the batcher is capable of being screwed on the vessel.

[0016]As mentioned above, the vessels can have a curved contour in the cross-section, for example, a circle, a polygon; the batcher container can correspond to the cross-section of the vessel (repeat its shape) to allow for being "built" into the vessel with tension (e.g. a cup is tightly depressed to the vessel, it commonly does not protrude beyond the vessel, and occupies a minimal volume relatively to the vessel, making a single whole therewith). Typically, the batcher is fixed on the vessel gaplessly that enhances the aesthetic appearance of the vessel. For the same reason, the batcher (and the vessel) can be made in color.

[0017]The batcher can have a minimal gap while providing easy removal the batcher from the vessel.

[0018]The batcher and vessel can be made with a threading that enables one to screw the batcher on the vessel.

[0019]The batcher can be made with a rubber or another compression element in the vicinity of contact of the upper part of batcher with the vessel.

[0020]The vessel may contain granular material that may be successfully dosed with the claimed useful model.

[0021]The vessel and batcher can be made of any material, including glass, plastic, and metal.

[0022]The liquid vessel with batcher is easy to transport.

[0023]The useful model is convenient to use, since the batcher is always available, one needs to only remove it from the vessel.

Claims

1. A liquid vessel supplied with a batcher, differing in that the batcher is configured as a container, releasably mounted beneath the vessel.

2. The liquid vessel according to claim 1, differing in that the batcher has a cross-section of a curved contour.

3. The liquid vessel according to claim 1, differing in that the batcher is made as a ribbed cup or a cup with smooth walls.

4. The liquid vessel according to claim 1, differing in that the batcher is made as a container with gauged marks.

5. The liquid vessel according to claim 1, differing in that the vessel and the batcher are made with a threading making possible to screw the batcher onto the vessel.

6. The liquid vessel according to claim 1, differing in that the vessel and/or the batcher are made of glass, metal, or plastic.
