1. A tooth brush for cleaning upper and lower part of the teeth at the
same time comprising:(a) body,(b) head having plurality of through all
holes, and(c) bristles inserted into said through all holes, middle
portion of said bristles are tightly secured by said holes, two ends of
said bristles sandwiching said head, pointing in opposite direction away
from said head, and,whereby, user can hold said body as handle to put
said head in between their upper teeth and their lower teeth and use said
bristles to brush said upper and said lower teeth at the same time,
without having to turn said bristles 180 degrees.
2. The tooth brush of claim 1 wherein said head has plurality of through all holes for said bristle insertion.
3. The tooth brush of claim 1 wherein said middle portion of said through all hole is smaller than said hole's entrance.
4. The tooth brush of claim 1 wherein said head become thinner toward the tip.
5. The tooth brush of claim 1 wherein said bristles are trimmed so as they become shorter as they get closer to the tip of said head.
6. The tooth brush of claim 1 wherein said bristles at two opposite of side of said head are trimmed parallel to each other.
7. The tooth brush of claim 1 wherein said bristles at two opposite of said head are mirror image of each other.
8. The tooth brush of claim 1 wherein said bristles at two opposite of said head are not mirror image of each other.
9. The tooth brush of claim 1 wherein said bristles are trimmed in sawtooth shape.
10. A tooth brush for cleaning upper and lower part of the teeth at the same time comprising:(a) body(b) head having plurality of holes at two opposite sides, and(c) bristles are inserted into said holes having their ends pointing away from each other at two opposite directions, and said bristles sandwiching said head,whereby, user can hold the body as handle and put said head into their mouth using said bristles to brush their upper part and their lower part of their teeth at the same time, without having to turn said bristles 180 degrees.Description:

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0004]1. Field of Invention
[0005]This invention is related to a new tooth brush having bristles at the head pointing opposite away from each other, allow user to brush the upper part and lower part of their teeth at the same time.
[0006]2. Prior Art
[0007]There are many varieties of tooth brush today, but they all have one commonality, that is they all have their bristles pointing at one side. In order for a user to brush the upper part and the lower part of their teeth at the back, they have to do the task separately by turning their tooth brush 180 degrees in order to point the bristles upward or downward.
[0008]3. Objects and Advantages
[0009]My invention is a new type of tooth brush, allow user to brush their upper part and lower part of their teeth at the same time without having to turn their tooth brush 180 degrees. The objects and advantages of my invention are:
[0010]1. user can brush their teeth in less time,
[0011]2. more bristle means more stuff to put to work on the same tool,
[0012]3. more bristle means it takes longer for wear and tear for doing the same cleaning job, and
[0013]4. it all comes downs to time and money saving for consumers.
SUMMARY
[0014]A tooth brush having bristles at two sides of the head, pointing oppose away from each other. The head of the tooth brush has plurality of through-all hole 12 for bristles insertion, and the middle portion of said through-all holes is smaller than the opening ends. The head and bristles are tapered toward the end of the tooth brush.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION--FIGS. 1, 2, 3a, AND 3b--FIRST EMBODIMENT
[0024]The tooth brush shown in FIGS. 1, and 2 has body 18, neck 17, head 16, and bristles 15. Said bristles are symmetrically populated at the two opposite sides of said head. The side view of FIG. 2 shows that said head and said bristles are tapered toward the end of said head. This is designed to fit better when said head of said new tooth brush is inserted into a human mouth to brush the upper part and the lower part of the teeth at the back.
[0025]The section view of FIG. 3a is an example of a through-all hole 12 on head 16. Through-all hole 12 is being magnified and exaggerated in order to show more clearly that the middle portion of said through-all hole is narrower. The wider entrance at both ends of said through-all hole is there to allow the insertion of bristles easier. Once the bristles is passed the entrance, they are being pushed all the way by machine using brute force, and middle portion of said bristle is remain tightly lock inside of the hold. Ideally the plastic material use for head 16 has the property of allow the insertion becomes easier when the temperature is raised, and once the insertion is completed, the temperature of said head decreases, the holes contract, and thus tightly holds the bristles in place. Moreover, optionally, to ensure, improve, or guarantee said bristles are tightly secured, adhesive agent can be added at the entrance of the hole immediately after the insertion is completed, or metal staple can be added to the core of the hole during the insertion of the bristles.
[0026]FIG. 3b shows that of bristles 15 is being tightly inserted into through-all hole 12, and two ends of bristles 15 of equal length pointing in the opposite direction separated by head 16.
[0027]The length of head 16 is about 33 millimeters; the width of said head is about 13 millimeters; the thinnest part of said head is about 4 millimeters; the thickest part of said head is about 5 millimeters; the shortest bristle from said head is about 5 millimeters and longest bristle from said head is about 6 millimeters.
CONCLUSION, RAMIFICATIONS, AND SCOPE
[0028]While the above description contains many specificities, these should not be construed as limitations on the scope of the invention, but as exemplification of the presently preferred embodiments thereof. Many other ramifications and variations are possible within the teachings of the invention. For example, bristles 15 can be trimmed in many other shapes, such as, parallel to each other, or sawtooth shape; the length of said bristles can varies depends on whether the brush is designed for use by an adult or use by kids and depends on the thickness of head 16; holes on two sides of head 16 dose not have to be through-all, the shape of the through-all hole dose not have to be symmetrical as it shown in FIG. 3A, and the direction of the holes on head 16 dose not have to right angle to the lengthwise of said head; moreover, head 16 can be in different shape such as circular shape, such shape is more suited to deploy my invention as electric vibrating tooth brush. Thus the scope of the invention should be determined by the appended claims and their legal equivalents, and not by the examples given.
Claims:
1. A tooth brush for cleaning upper and lower part of the teeth at the
same time comprising:(a) body,(b) head having plurality of through all
holes, and(c) bristles inserted into said through all holes, middle
portion of said bristles are tightly secured by said holes, two ends of
said bristles sandwiching said head, pointing in opposite direction away
from said head, and,whereby, user can hold said body as handle to put
said head in between their upper teeth and their lower teeth and use said
bristles to brush said upper and said lower teeth at the same time,
without having to turn said bristles 180 degrees.
2. The tooth brush of claim 1 wherein said head has plurality of through all holes for said bristle insertion.
3. The tooth brush of claim 1 wherein said middle portion of said through all hole is smaller than said hole's entrance.
4. The tooth brush of claim 1 wherein said head become thinner toward the tip.
5. The tooth brush of claim 1 wherein said bristles are trimmed so as they become shorter as they get closer to the tip of said head.
6. The tooth brush of claim 1 wherein said bristles at two opposite of side of said head are trimmed parallel to each other.
7. The tooth brush of claim 1 wherein said bristles at two opposite of said head are mirror image of each other.
8. The tooth brush of claim 1 wherein said bristles at two opposite of said head are not mirror image of each other.
9. The tooth brush of claim 1 wherein said bristles are trimmed in sawtooth shape.
10. A tooth brush for cleaning upper and lower part of the teeth at the same time comprising:(a) body(b) head having plurality of holes at two opposite sides, and(c) bristles are inserted into said holes having their ends pointing away from each other at two opposite directions, and said bristles sandwiching said head,whereby, user can hold the body as handle and put said head into their mouth using said bristles to brush their upper part and their lower part of their teeth at the same time, without having to turn said bristles 180 degrees.

SUMMARY

The head and bristles are tapered toward the end of the tooth brush.

[0024]The tooth brush shown in FIGS. 1, and 2 has body 18, neck 17, head 16, and bristles 15. Said bristles are symmetrically populated at the two opposite sides of said head. The side view of FIG. 2 shows that said head and said bristles are tapered toward the end of said head. This is designed to fit better when said head of said new tooth brush is inserted into a human mouth to brush the upper part and the lower part of the teeth at the back.
[0025]The section view of FIG. 3a is an example of a through-all hole 12 on head 16. Through-all hole 12 is being magnified and exaggerated in order to show more clearly that the middle portion of said through-all hole is narrower. The wider entrance at both ends of said through-all hole is there to allow the insertion of bristles easier. Once the bristles is passed the entrance, they are being pushed all the way by machine using brute force, and middle portion of said bristle is remain tightly lock inside of the hold. Ideally the plastic material use for head 16 has the property of allow the insertion becomes easier when the temperature is raised, and once the insertion is completed, the temperature of said head decreases, the holes contract, and thus tightly holds the bristles in place. Moreover, optionally, to ensure, improve, or guarantee said bristles are tightly secured, adhesive agent can be added at the entrance of the hole immediately after the insertion is completed, or metal staple can be added to the core of the hole during the insertion of the bristles.

Thus the scope of the invention should be determined by the appended claims and their legal equivalents, and not by the examples given.
