Description:

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

[0001]The Travel Shoe Case is a specially designed storage bag for use with shoes. The design intent is to provide consumers a neat and efficient means of transporting shoes when traveling.

DESIGN FEATURES

[0002]The Travel Shoe Case was invented by Linda Ruffin and Augusta Henry with convenience in mind. Generally rectangular in shape, The Travel Shoe Case would be similar in size to traditional, upright soft travel suitcases. This unique travel case could be manufactured of durable canvas, nylon or vinyl material and would feature heavy duty, reinforced plastic corners which allow the unit to maintain its rectangular shape. The interior of The Travel Shoe Case is accessed in a similar manner as most soft suitcases and features a flap-like closure which encompasses the entire front of the case. This large flap is opened via a durable zipper which runs the outer edge of the unit.

[0003]The most notable aspect of The Travel Shoe Case however, and that which sets this travel case apart from others on the market, is found in the actual shoe compartments located within the case. The interior of The Travel Shoe Case is divided into ten individual storage compartments each similar in size to a standard shoe box. These compartments are separated by way of heavy duty dividers which are vertically and horizontally positioned within the case. In this manner, these are two vertical rows of five storage compartments, creating ten compartments in total. For easy transport, The Travel Shoe Case features two, heavy duty wheeled castors which are located on the bottom of the case in each rear corner. These wheels are designed to be used in conjunction with a "U" shaped, telescoping handle positioned on the top of the unit. Resting flush against the top of the travel when not in use, this telescoping handle is easily pulled upwards, thereby enabling the user to pull The Travel Shoe Case through crowded airports and other establishments, with ease. A second handle would also be included and positioned on the side of the case for use in carrying the unit by hand. The Travel Shoe Case could be produced in a variety of striking colors as well as standard black or gray.

ADVANTAGES & BENEFITS

[0004]The Travel Shoe Case would provide consumers simple and efficient means of packing their shoes for travel. Neatly storing each pair of shoes in their own, individual storage compartment and storing all shoes in one, easily accessed case, use of The Travel Shoe Case would eliminate the need to rummage through a crowded suitcase,--disheveling packed goods, simply in order to locate a favorite pair of heels or loafers. Also, since all shoes would be conveniently stored within a separate travel case, use of this product would prevent dirt and debris found on the soles of the packed shoes, from sullying clothing and other packed goods. Although designed with travelers in mind, The Travel Shoe Case could also prove valuable for those who wish to neatly store seasonal shoes, such as sandals, goulashes or winter footwear, with ease.
