boards, thereby rapidly assembling the hollow box body. Side bottom
boards are extended from the bottoms of the first and second side boards.
A plurality of through holes is arranged according to the proper distance
spaced at interval. A plurality of expansion cylinders is at the
periphery of the bottom of a bottom board, and corresponds to the through
holes of each side bottom board.Claims:

boards having symmetric recession portions inwardly caved at two sides
from one of longer edges of the second side board, the recession portion
for embedding with the protruding portion, the recession section composed
of a cross-section channel and a width expansion slot, the depth of the
cross-section channel being smaller than the length of the extending
section of the first side board, the depth of the width expansion slot
being slightly greater than the length of the width expansion section of
the first side board, and the cover sheet of the first side board for
sealing the upper opening of the width expansion slot completely to
compose a hollow box body.

3. The assembly box structure as claimed in claim 1 further comprising: a plurality of expansion cylinders disposed at the periphery of the bottom of a bottom board, and side bottom boards extended from inner bottoms of the first side board and the second side board, and a plurality of through holes arranged to each side bottom board based on a proper distance spaced at interval to provide each expansion cylinder of the bottom board for buckling and embedding to assemble a bottom sealed box body.Description:
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001]The present invention relates to a box structure, and more particularly to an assembly box structure.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002]According to the publication information, an assembly board is divided into two board body set, wherein the first board body has the embedding portion composed of multiple bending form and the upper and lower bonding boards. The second board body also has the connection portion composed of multiple bending forms and the upper and lower engaging boards. The assembly board has the drawbacks of time consuming and complicated during the processing procedure.
[0003]Further, the first board body and the second board body are thin plates. The assembly manner may result in larger intervals and not fasten although the embedding portion and the connection portion can be fitted to each other.
[0004]Accordingly, to overcome the foregoing shortcomings, the inventor(s) of the present invention based on years of experience in the related field to conduct extensive researches and experiments, and finally invented an assembly box structure.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0005]The objective of the present invention is to provide an assembly box structure having easy assembly and high structure strength.
[0006]To achieve the foregoing objective, the assembly box structure disclosed by the present invention includes two first side boards and two second side boards interlaced and embedded to each other. Symmetric protruding portions are outwardly extended from two short sides of the first side boards. The protruding portion is composed of an extending section and a width expansion section. In addition, a cover sheet is outwardly extended from the tops of the protruding portions. Symmetric recession portions are inwardly caved at two sides of a longer edge of the second side board. The recession portion is composed of a cross-section channel and a width expansion slot. The depth of the cross-section channel is slightly smaller than the length of the extending section. The depth of the width expansion slot is greater than the length of the width expansion section. The cover sheet can seal the upper opening of the width expansion slot. Accordingly, the contact area can be reduced while assembling the protruding portion and the recession portion. The width expansion slot can be closely covered by the cover sheet to achieve fast insertion and effect of close overlaying.
[0007]Other features and advantages of the present invention and variations thereof will become apparent from the following description, drawings, and claims.
