BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0005]1. Field of the Invention
[0006]The present invention relates generally to a bucket, and more particularly to an innovative bucket composed of an external cylinder and internal container, the internal container and external cylinder being positioned by the top.
[0007]2. Description of Related Art Including Information Disclosed Under 37 CFR 1.97 and 37 CFR 1.98
[0008]The currently available bucket products still have some shortcomings, for example, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the bucket 11 of typical toilet brush set 10 is composed of an annular metal cylinder 111 and a metal bottom plate 112 sealed at the bottom of the annular metal cylinder 111. A cup 12 is embedded into the bucket 11 to accommodate the sewage dripped from the toilet brush 13; however, there are shortcomings for the typical bucket observed during actual applications.
[0009]First, due to the structural requirement that a metal bottom plate 112 must be sealed at the bottom of the annular metal cylinder 111 of the bucket 11, costs will rise substantially with the growing price of metal materials. If the metal bottom plate 112 is sealed onto the annular metal cylinder 111, a special process (punching and rolling) must be performed, leading to higher manufacturing cost and lower manufacturing efficiency.
[0010]Second, if the inner space formed by the annular metal cylinder 111 and metal bottom plate 112 of the bucket 11 is used to accommodate the sewage dripped from the toilet brush 13, corrosion or damage may occur quickly; hence, a cup 12 is embedded into the bucket 11. In such a case, the cost of components will increase accordingly. Moreover, since there is still a gap between the cup 12 and annular metal cylinder 111, when water flow occurs from the external wall of the cup 12 or annular metal cylinder 111, corrosion still exists at the joint between the metal bottom plate 112 and annular metal cylinder 111.
[0011]Third, from the perspective of the users, as the cup 12 embedded into the typical bucket 11 is used to accommodate the sewage dripped from the toilet brush 13, the sewage has to be removed by manually taking out the cup 12 from the bucket 11, leading to inconvenience of operation due to limited space of the bucket 11.
[0012]Thus, to overcome the aforementioned problems of the prior art, it would be an advancement in the art to provide an improved structure that can significantly improve efficacy.
[0013]Therefore, the inventor has provided the present invention of practicability after deliberate design and evaluation based on years of experience in the production, development and design of related products.
BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0014]Based on the unique bucket of the present invention, a top periphery of the internal container and top opening of the external cylinder are assembled securely, and the bottom of the external cylinder is provided with an opening. The metal bottom plate of prior art can be neglected, and material cost and processing procedure can be reduced, thus cutting down the cost of materials and processing with better industrial efficiency.
[0015]As the external cylinder and internal container are made of metals and plastics, the sewage from the toilet brush can directly drip into the plastic internal container, thus preventing corrosion and extending the service life.
[0016]Based on the characteristic of the top periphery of the internal container and top opening of the external cylinder being assembled securely, the sewage from the bucket can be discharged directly without need of manual operation, thus realizing ease-of-operation with improved applicability.
[0017]Although the invention has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment, it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as hereinafter claimed.
