eath tube comprises one J-shaped inhalant breath tube, one one-way valve inlet tube, one mouth piece, one one-way outlet tube and one exhalant breath tube. A snorkel with one-way breath tube allows air to flow in one direction. A swimmer inhales fresh air from J-shaped inhalant breath into his/her lung through one-way valve inlet tube and mouth piece. A swimmer exhales air from his/her lung into water through mouth piece, one-way valve outlet tube and exhalant breath tube. An extended long breath tube can attach onto J-shaped inhalant breath tube to allow swimmer swim or dive in deeper water. An extended long breath tube also can attach onto the exhalant breath tube to allow swimmer to exhale easily in deeper water.

Claims:

1. Snorkel with one-way valve breath tube comprising a J-shaped inhalant breath tube, one one-way valve inlet tubes, one mouth piece, one one-way valve outlet tube and an exhalant breath tube.

2. The said one-way valve inlet tube in claim 1 has installed inside a valve device that lets air flow in one direction from its inlet to its outlet.

3. The said J-shaped inhalant breath tube in claim 1 is a J-shaped inhalant tube that has an inlet and an outlet. Wherein the said outlet connects to the said inlet of the said one-way valve inlet tube in claim 2 to let air flow from the said inlet of J-shaped breath tube in claim 2 into the said one-way valve inlet tube in claim 2.

4. The said mouth piece in claim 1 has an upper teeth-bite end, one bottom inlet and one bottom outlet. Wherein the said bottom inlet connects to the said outlet of one-way valve inlet tube in claim 2 to let fresh air flow from the inlet of the said J-shaped breath tube in claim 2 into mouth piece.

5. The said one-way valve outlet tube in claim 1 has installed inside a valve device that lets air flow in one direction from its inlet to its outlet. Wherein the said inlet connects to the said bottom outlet of mouth piece in claim 4 to let air flow from the said mouth piece to the said outlet.

6. The said exhalant breath tube in claims 1 is a curved tube or a straight tube, but preferably a curved tube, that has an inlet and an outlet. Wherein the said inlet connects to the said outlet of the said one-way valve outlet tube in claim 5 to let air flow from the said one-way valve outlet tube into water through the said exhalant breath tube.

7. The said J-shaped inhalant breath tube in claims 1, 3 and 4 can connect to an extended long breath tube at its inlet to let swimmer inhale fresh air in deep water.

8. The said outlet end of the said exhalant breath tube in claims 1 and 6 can connect at its outlet to an extended long breath tube to let swimmer exhale easily without exhaling against the deep water pressure.

Description:

THE BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001]A regular snorkel has a short breath tube and does not allow swimmer swim or dive in deeper water. The present invented snorkel with one-way valve breath tube allows swimmer inhale fresh air with every inhalation. And when an extended long breath tube connects to snorkel with one-way valve breath tube swimmer can swim and dive in deeper water for a long period of time without a scuba.

THE BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0002]A snorkel with one-way valve breath tube allows swimmer to inhale fresh air with each inhalation and it also can be connected to an extended long breath tube to allow swimmer swim or dive in deeper water for a long period of time just like a scuba does.

THE DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0003]FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a snorkel with a one-way valve breath tube.

[0004]FIG. 2 is a dissection view of a snorkel with a one-way valve breath tube.

[0005]FIG. 3 is a dissection view of parts of snorkel with one-way valve breath tube.

[0006]FIG. 4 is a dissection view of one-way valve tube.

[0007]FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a snorkel with one-way valve breath tube and two attached extended long breath tube.

[0008]FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a snorkel with one-way valve breath tube and one Attached extended long breath tube.

THE DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0009]Referring now in detail to the drawings numeral 10 of FIG. 1 is a snorkel with one-way valve breath tube. Numeral 11 of FIG. 2 is a dissection view of a snorkel with one-way valve breath tube. Number 15 of FIGS. 1, 5 and 6 is the one-way valve outlet tube. The valve of one-way valve inlet tube 14 and the valve of one-way valve outlet tube 15 can be identical or different. It can be a ball-valve or a plate valve or other type of valve. Here the valve of one-way valve inlet tube 14 and that of one-way valve outlet tube 15 is identical and is a ball-valve 24. Numeral 16 of FIG. 3 is a dissection view of one-way valve inlet tube 14 and one-way valve outlet tube 15. Air flows in from inlet end 39 of one-way vale inlet tube 14 of FIG. 3 into mouth piece 12 and flows out from mouth piece 12 into one-way valve outlet tube 15 of FIGS. 2 and 3. Numeral 17 of FIGS. 1, 5 and 6 is an inhalant breath tube. Numeral 18 of FIGS. 2 and 3 is a dissection view of an inhalant breath tube 17. Numeral 19 of FIGS. 1, 5 and 6 is an exhalant breath tube. Numeral 20 of FIGS. 2 and 3 is a dissection view of an exhalant breath tube 19. Numeral 21 of FIG. 4 is the outer tube of one-way valve inlet tube 14 and one-way valve outlet tube 15. Numeral 57 of FIG. 4 is a dissection view of outer tube 21. The outer tube 21 of FIG. 4 has installed inside a fenestrated sloped circular wing 22 that has a central hole 23 to catch a ball valve 24. Ball valve 24 can be a solid ball or a hollow ball. Here the ball-valve 24 is a hollow ball valve. Numeral 25 of FIGS. 2, 3 and 4 is a dissection view of a hollow ball valve 24. Numeral 26 of FIG. 4 is a spring coil that pushes ball valve 24 against central hole 23 of fenestrated slopped circular wing 22 to create an airtight closure. Numeral 27 of FIGS. 2, 3 and 4 is a dissection view of spring coil 26. Numeral 28 of FIG. 4 is a ring that is installed inside the outlet 29 of outer tube 21 to keep spring coil 26 inside the chamber 30 of outer tube 21 as illustrated in FIG. 4.
