A Carbonated Spirit is defined as a carbonated spirit produced from any suitable ingredient that has been directly carbonated to no less than two volumes of carbonation without the addition of any additive such as water during the bottling production and is then sealed with a cap closure so that the carbonation is present until the bottle is opened and used
