apparatus for removable fence sections when the
fence is not being used.Claims:
1. When a removable safety fence is not needed it is removed one section
at a time. This invention provides a portable storage rack to secure
these sections as they are removed as well as when they are stored.Description:
[0001]The present invention relates to a portable storage apparatus for
removable fences.
[0002]This device is a portable storage rack consisting of a base plate (1) that supports wheels (2) on the lower face and rod supports (3) on the upper face. The base plate (1) contains a recessed center area (4) to accept and contain the lower portion of the fence sections (6). A retaining ring (5) is affixed to the top of the support rods (3). The retaining ring (5) has an open center section (7) of sufficient size to accept the fence sections (6) being stored.
[0003]The portable storage rack is moved to the end of the fence being dismantled. As each section is dismantled, it is rolled up and placed into the storage rack. The storage rack is moved from one area to the next as each fence section is dismantled. When all the fence sections have been dismantled and placed into the storage rack, the full rack is moved to a neutral location and stored until the fence is needed again. It can be structured using different materials. [0004]This invention may be constructed without wheels. [0005]A handle may not be provided. [0006]The components may be different geometric shapes. [0007]The intent is mainly for the storage of a pool safety fence. [0008]It is possible for other vertical items such as patio umbrellas to be stored.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0009]FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an empty Portable Storage Apparatus.
[0010]FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a Portable Storage Apparatus containing removable fence sections.
