Abstract:
A brassiere based invention of two bladders for collecting, storing,
transporting and dispensing liquid. Each bladder has a sealable mouth for
filling and a slitted nipple for dispensing. The mouth is an extension of
the bladder, sealed when folded over for security and comfort. Each
nipple is composed of a semi-flexible material with a small slit which
opens when pressure and/or suction is applied and allows the liquid to
flow. The bladders are inserted into the pockets of the brassiere and
each nipple is secured to the brassiere. The bladders are filled with
liquid through the mouth and the bladders may be removed for
filling/cleaning. Once each mouth is sealed, unless a nipple is engaged
the liquid remains stored within the bladders and may be transported
within the brassiere. Optional fabric flaps may be attached to the
exterior of the brassiere to lay over each nipple.Claims:
1. An apparatus for collecting, storing, transporting and dispensing
liquid comprising: an adjustable brassiere with pockets attached to the
inside of the brassiere sitting against the breasts.
2. An apparatus according to claim 1, wherein further comprising two removable bladders, one inserted into each pocket of the brassiere.
3. An apparatus according to claim 2, wherein further comprising each bladder with two openings, one for filling and one for dispensing liquids.
4. An apparatus according to claim 3, wherein further comprising a mouth permanently affixed to the bladder.
5. An apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the mouth is an extension of the bladder.
6. An apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the mouth is operable providing access to the bladder to fill the bladder with fluid.
7. An apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the mouth is sealed when folded over for security and comfort.
8. An apparatus according to claim 3, wherein further comprising a nipple permanently affixed to the bladder.
9. An apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the nipple faces away from the body of the user.
10. An apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the nipple has a slit to permit the dispensing of fluid from the nipple when pressure and/or suction is applied.
11. An apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a slit in the front of each cup of the brassiere permits the nipple of the bladder to pass through.
12. An apparatus according to claim 11, wherein an optional fabric flap affixed to the front of each cup of the brassiere can cover the nipple of the bladder.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0005]This invention relates to a brassiere with a bladder for collecting, storing, transporting and dispensing liquid. This device increases convenience and mobility. Accordingly, it is an objective of this invention to provide an improved method and system for transportation and distribution of liquids.
[0006]This invention improves upon U.S. Pat. No. 5,823,852 (Prior Art A). Prior Art A is brassiere based method of enhancing the appearance of one or both breasts of the user. Two non-removable bladders are within the brassiere. The amount of fluid is adjustable, but a syringe is required to fill the bladder. This invention has several distinctions from U.S. Pat. No. 5,823,852. This invention has removable bladders, the method of filling the bladder with fluid does not require a syringe or any other supplemental device, and this invention permits dispensing fluid.
[0007]This invention improves upon U.S. Pat. No. 6,132,288 (Prior Art B). Prior Art B is a brassiere based method of enhancing the appearance of one or both breasts of the user. Two non-removable bladders are within the brassiere. Fluid is within the permanently sealed bladder and the amount of fluid is not adjustable. This invention has several distinctions from U.S. Pat. No. 6,132,288. This invention has removable bladders and permits filling and dispensing fluid within the bladder.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0008]The present invention is directed to a method and system for transportation and distribution of liquid by the carrier. In accordance with the invention, liquid is poured into the device, stored for a desired period, transported as desired, and dispensed as needed or desired.
[0009]The present invention is also directed to a method and system for transportation and distribution of liquid to the beneficiary. In accordance with the invention, liquid is poured into the device, stored for a desired period, transported as desired and dispensed as requested.
[0010]The removability of the bladders allows ease in filling and cleaning the bladder. The invention does not require supplemental devices to fill the bladder. The dispensing of the fluid is unique from all other prior inventions.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0011]The foregoing and other objects of this invention, the various features thereof, as well as the invention itself, may be more fully understood from the following description, when read together with the accompanying drawings in which:
[0012]FIG. 1 is a frontal axonometric view of the device in accordance with the invention;
[0013]FIG. 2 is a side view of the device in accordance with the invention; and
[0014]FIG. 3 is a diagrammatic flowchart of a method in accordance with the invention;
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0015]The present invention is directed to a method and system for transporting and dispensing liquid. In order to facilitate a better understanding of the invention, an illustrative embodiment of the invention is set forth below with actual Figures included at the end of this document.
[0016]FIG. 1 shows a System 1 in accordance with the invention. The system 1 includes a brassiere 1, a bladder 2, a nipple 3, a mouth 4, fabric flap 5, and bladder pocket 6. The brassiere 1 can be constructed of any flexible fabric material. The bladder 2 is constructed of high-performance plastic. The nipple 3 is constructed of plastic. The mouth 4 is constructed of high-performance plastic. The fabric flap 5 can be constructed of any flexible fabric material. The bladder pocket 6 is built into the brassiere to secure the bladder in place.
[0017]FIG. 2 illustrates the Method 2 of collecting the fluid 1, storing the fluid 2, and dispensing the fluid 3.
[0018]FIG. 3 illustrates the Method for Use 3 of the steps 1 through 10. [0019]1 Disconnect bladder from brassiere [0020]2 Break the seal of the mouth [0021]3 Empty bladder of any liquid. Clean if desired. [0022]4 With the mouth open, pour liquid into bladder to desired level, not to exceed the fill line. [0023]5 Seal mouth. [0024]6 Insert bladder into pocket and reconnect to brassiere [0025]7 Push nipple through nipple opening of brassiere and attach optional fabric flaps if desired. [0026]8 Fold mouth flap over. [0027]9 Secure brassiere to body if desired. [0028]10 Identify beneficiary to apply pressure and/or suction to nipple if desired. Suction is recommended for better results.
[0029]The invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof. The present embodiments are therefore to be considered in respects as illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the invention being indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description, and all changes which come within the meaning and range of the equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced therein.
