20100124374 | METHOD OF DETECTING AND RECTIFYING RED-EYES AUTOMATICALLY WHEN TAKING PHOTOS - The present invention discloses a method for automatically detecting and correcting red eye in a photo taking process. The method utilizes a preview function which all of the current digital cameras have. When flash light is needed during the photo taking process, an image which is closest to the shutter pressing time is read from a preview image sequence and this image is stored. Then, red eye detection is performed according to various related information (e.g., chroma information) of this image and the image actually taken. A correction process is conducted on the detected red eye area. The corrected image is stored as a resulting image in a storage unit in the camera. Therefore, the red eye is removed rapidly and accurately during a single normal exposure process and the image without red eye is thus obtained. | 05-20-2010 |

Through the embodiments, a system overhead may be decreased. | 09-13-2012 |
20130040652 | METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR GENERATING STANDARD CANCELLATION SIGNALSTANDARD CANCELLATION SIGNAL - A method and an apparatus for generating a standard cancellation signal includes: setting weight values according to frequency points of a current cell and its neighboring cells; according to the frequency points of the current cell and neighboring cells and the weight values of the frequency points, performing Fourier transform to obtain a corresponding time-domain signal; and performing highest amplitude normalization on the time-domain signal and performing a cyclic shift to obtain a standard cancellation signal. The embodiments generate a standard cancellation signal according to frequency points of the current cell and its neighboring cells, so that the current cell and its neighboring cells share the peak clipping noise, and therefore helping improve the peak clipping performance of the current cell or reduce the EVM distortion. | 02-14-2013 |

20150198967 | DYNAMICALLY ADJUSTING DATA PROCESSING SPEED BASED ON BUFFER UTILIZATION - The embodiments disclosed herein provide a computing device that includes an upstream buffer and downstream data processing circuit that establish a data processing path where the data stored by upstream buffer is received and processed by the downstream data processing circuit. Using a buffer utilization characteristic of the upstream buffer such as its current availability (e.g., the buffer is 50% full) or an input data rate, the computing device adjusts the clock signal used to drive the downstream data processing circuit. For example, if the utilization of the upstream buffer is low, the number of clock edges in the clock signal may be reduced thereby reducing power consumption of the computing device. However, as the utilization of the buffer begins to increase, the computing device may increase the number of clock edges to prevent a buffer overflow. | 07-16-2015 |
20150222292 | MULTI-BIT ERROR CORRECTION METHOD AND APPARATUS BASED ON A BCH CODE AND MEMORY SYSTEM - Exemplary embodiments for providing multi-bit error correction based on a BCH code are provided. In one such embodiment, the following operations are repeatedly performed, including shifting each bit of the BCH code rightward by 1 bit while filling the bit vacated due to the rightward shifting in the BCH code with 0, calculating syndrome values corresponding to the shifting of the BCH code, and determining a first error number in the BCH code under the shifting based on the syndrome values corresponding to the shifting of the BCH code. In the case where the first error number is not equal to 0, modified syndrome values are calculated corresponding to the shifting of the BCH code. The modified syndrome values are those corresponding to the case that the current rightmost bit of the BCH code under the shifting is changed to the inverse value. Additional operations are performed as described herein. | 08-06-2015 |
20150256233 | Base Station, and Method and Device for Returning Signal - A method for returning a base station signal and a base station for implementing the method. The base station includes a first return unit located in a radio frequency system and a second return unit located in a baseband processing system. The first return unit is configured to perform analog modulation on an uplink analog signal of a first bandwidth to obtain an uplink analog signal of a second bandwidth, and send the uplink analog signal of the second bandwidth to the second return unit, where the second bandwidth is larger than the first bandwidth. The second return unit is configured to receive the uplink analog signal of the second bandwidth, demodulate the uplink analog signal of the second bandwidth to obtain the uplink analog signal of the first bandwidth. | 09-10-2015 |
