20090204477 | Ink Cartridge Distribution System and Method - The present invention is directed to a method and system of scheduling the delivery of printer cartridges to businesses that minimizes the number of cartridges that a business needs to stock and the likelihood that a printer will not have a compatible cartridge when it runs out of ink or toner. The method comprises conducting a survey of the printers in a business and the consumption of ink cartridges by the printers. The data is used to calculate a schedule for the manufacture or remanufacture, distribution and storage of cartridges for the business. At a scheduled time, a remanufacturer is contacted to remanufacture cartridges that are needed by the business. Optionally, if recyclable cartridges are not available, an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) is contacted to provide a replacement cartridge. The cartridges may be delivered a distribution center, which then delivers the cartridges to the business, or may be delivered directly to the client. At the time of delivery, consumed cartridges are collected from the business and the survey of equipment and cartridge consumption is updated. Where there is a change in the survey, the new data is used to calculate an updated schedule. | 08-13-2009 |

20090077902 | Suction Roof Drain - The suction flat roof drain is deployed on a flat roof between a water accumulating depression on the roof and the edge of the roof. The flat roof drain includes an intake tube section with an open end disposed in the flat roof depression and a raised tube element spaced apart from the open end. The intake tube section is attached, at an end opposite the open end, to a water collector which collects rainfall. The water collector has an open accumulation port, a water collection body part and a one-way flow valve. The one-way flow valve is interposed between the water collection body part and an intake suction port and an output port. The output port of the water collector is attached to one end of an output tube section. The other end of the output tube section hangs over the edge of the roof (or into another drain element). The second or other end of the output tube section operates as a weight activated fluid output which permits water to drain therefrom when water is present at the second end. In operation, rainfall collected in the water collector and causes the one-way flow valve to open which then causes the water in the water collection body to drain through the output tube section off the roof thereby creating a suction in the intake tube section which pulls water from the flat roof depression. | 03-26-2009 |

20120010926 | Systems and Methods for Compensating Participants in a Multi-Level Marketing Plan - The present disclosure generally provides systems and methods for compensating participants of a multi-level marketing plan. A participant occupies a top position of a placement tree that has a binary structure and a top position of an enrollment tree that has a unilevel structure. Each member personally sponsored by the participant occupies a first level and each subsequent member personally sponsored by that member occupies a second level. A first distributor is classified as occupying a first lower position of the placement tree and is also classified as occupying a first lower position of the enrollment tree. A team bonus of the first distributor is determined based on revenue generated by sales made by members of the placement tree down line from the first distributor. A matching bonus is determined based on the team bonus of the first distributor, regardless of the enrollment tree level of the first distributor. | 01-12-2012 |
