20130295316 | EVAPORATIVE PATTERN, METHOD OF FORMING AN EVAPORATIVE PATTERN, AND METHOD OF FORMING A METAL MOLD BY USING AN EVAPORATIVE PATTERN - A lightweight metal mold having a necessary rigidity is realized. Firstly, an original pattern of an evaporative pattern is formed by machining an evaporative material block. The original pattern includes a three-dimensional mesh structure including a plurality of bar-shaped parts and connecting points that connect ends of the bar-shaped parts and are distributed in a three-dimensional space, and a plurality of block parts having fixed relative positional relationship by being fixed to the three-dimensional mesh structure. Then, at least a portion of at least one or more of the bar-shaped parts composing the original pattern is removed, and replaced with a tube member. Then, a full-mold casting is performed by using the evaporative pattern having the replaced tube member. Positional relationship of the block parts in which surfaces, etc. necessary for the metal mold are formed is fixed by the three-dimensional mesh structure, and the necessary rigidity is secured. The metal mold is made lighter by using the three-dimensional mesh structure. Due to the replacement with the tube member, an amount of gas generated upon the full-mold casting is suppressed, and a decrease in casting quality is prevented. | 11-07-2013 |

20140265869 | LIGHT SOURCE APPARATUS - A light source apparatus is adapted to be shared by excimer lamps. An IC tag is disposed at each lamp, and the IC tag stores information identifying the lamp. A storage unit of the light source apparatus stores information identifying a usable lamp (or usable lamps) for the light source apparatus, an emission wavelength of the lamp, and a sensitivity correction value of an optical sensor that corresponds to the emission wavelength. When the light source apparatus is driven to cause the lamp to light, the information stored in the IC tag and information stored in the storage unit are collated and it is determined whether the lamp is usable and the emission wavelength of the lamp is a preset emission wavelength. If it is determined that the lamp is usable and the emission wavelength is appropriate, the sensitivity of the optical sensor is corrected with the correction value. | 09-18-2014 |

20120312000 | EXHAUST GAS TREATMENT DEVICE FOR DIESEL ENGINE - An exhaust gas treatment device for a diesel engine capable of starting the generation of a combustible gas is provided. The device includes a combustible gas generator. A core member is fitted in the center portion of an annular wall to form an air-fuel mixing chamber between the inner peripheral surface of the annular wall and the outer peripheral surface of the core member. An air-fuel mixture gas in the air-fuel mixing chamber is adapted to be supplied from the end of the air-fuel mixing chamber to a combustible gas generating catalyst to a portion near the center thereof. A heater is used as the core member. The heat dissipating outer peripheral surface of the heater is exposed to the air-fuel mixing chamber. Heat is dissipated directly from the heat dissipating outer peripheral surface of the heater to the air-fuel mixing chamber when starting the generation of the combustible gas. | 12-13-2012 |
20130336843 | ENGINE EXHAUST TREATMENT DEVICE - An engine exhaust treatment device is capable of combusting PM accumulated in a DPF or activating an exhaust purification catalyst even immediately after engine startup or at the time of light load operation. 20140059990 | Work Vehicle with a Mower Unit - A work vehicle includes wheels and a mower unit that are driven by power from an engine, and a mower driving detecting section for detecting power transmission condition to the mower unit. An isochronous controlling section controls the engine in an isochronous control mode for maintaining an engine rotational speed at a predetermined fixed value, independently of an engine load. A droop controlling section controls the engine in a droop control mode for varying the engine rotational speed in dependence on the engine load. If power is transmitted to the mower unit, the isochronous control mode is selected. | 03-06-2014 |
