The apparatus is configured to generate information representing an abnormality in the door courtesy switch, if the electronic key in a cabin of a vehicle is detected by a antenna having the detection area thereof within the cabin of the vehicle in a situation where an ON/OFF signal of the door courtesy switch is not inverted after the door unlock operation is detected. | 03-03-2011 |
20150140995 | COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, COMMUNICATION METHOD, AND CONTROLLER - A communication system includes checking means for performing a check to detect whether a mobile device carried by a user of a vehicle is in the vehicle via wireless communication between an onboard device and the mobile device when a door of the vehicle has changed from being open to being closed; detecting means for detecting an operating state of an onboard electrical load when the check is performed by the checking means; and changing means for changing a maximum value of a number of rechecks, which is the number of times the check is allowed to be repeatedly performed by the checking means, according to the operating state of the onboard electrical load detected by the detecting means, when it has not been detected that the mobile device is in the vehicle by the check performed by the checking means. | 05-21-2015 |
20150151714 | VEHICLE CONTROL SYSTEM WITH SUPPRESSION OF WIPER NOISE - A vehicle control system includes a wiper, a control portion that outputs a drive command such that the wiper is placed in a first state or a second state that is more restricted than the first state, and a checking portion that checks whether a mobile device is in the vehicle via wireless communication between an onboard device and the mobile device, when a door of the vehicle is opened or closed. If the door is opened while the wiper is in the first state, the control portion performs a first control that switches the operating state of the wiper from the first state to the second state, and then after a period of time for which the check by the checking portion is executed has passed while the wiper is in the second state, the control portion switches the operating state from the second state to the first state. | 06-04-2015 |

20090219592 | FABRICATION PROCESS FOR CHOLESTERIC LIQUID CRYSTAL MEDIA HAVING A VOLUME HOLOGRAM - The invention provides a process capable of fabricating a cholesteric liquid crystal medium having a volume hologram with efficiency yet without recourse to complicated steps such as an alignment step. This is achievable as follows. A volume hologram layer is formed on a substrate, and a cholesteric liquid crystal layer is then formed on another substrate comprising a center substrate film that is subjected to bondable treatment. The volume hologram layer is applied to the center substrate film that is subjected to bondable treatment, and placed in a state where the volume hologram layer and cholesteric liquid crystal layer are laminated together via the substrate. The substrate is peeled off the volume hologram layer, and an adhesive layer is formed on the surface of the volume hologram layer off which the substrate is peeled off, followed by the provision of the substrate on the adhesive layer. Finally, the multilayer structure is shaped into a label form of cholesteric liquid crystal medium having a volume hologram layer. | 09-03-2009 |

20120194887 | HOLOGRAM FABRICATION PROCESS AND FABRICATED HOLOGRAM - A volume hologram recording material is located on the side of a reflection type volume hologram master onto which copying illumination light is incident, and the copying illumination light incident onto the recording material and light diffracted through the master interfere together in the volume hologram recording material thereby copying the reflection type volume hologram master. In this case, a reflecting plate having a fine regular reflection pattern is interleaved between the master and the recording material, and the copying illumination light incident onto the recording material and regularly reflected light from the reflecting plate having the regular reflection pattern interfere together in the recording material thereby allowing the regular reflection pattern to be multi-recorded in a hologram having the reflection type volume hologram master copied in it. | 08-02-2012 |
