20150134425 | Collaboration Catalyst Machine - Disclosed is a computer implemented Collaboration Catalyst Machine that generates supply forces and demand forces on the stimulus side and response side of user collaboration on one or more communication platforms; generating controllable collaborative magnetism between collaborators, organizations and their priorities; said collaborative magnetism influencing the focus, timing, quality, amount, consistency, and balance of collaboration without mandating the location, structure or sequence of collaboration. Collaborative Magnetism is created by digitally combining: participatory priorities, participants, acts of participation modulated into stimulus and response influence classifications, digital content from one or more communication platforms, statistical and comparative influence analysis, and participatory expectations representing employer sentiment. | 05-14-2015 |

20090162146 | SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR INSTALLING A SUBSEA PIPELINE - The disclosure provides a system and method for installing subsea equipment, such as a pipeline and equipment associated therewith in a target area, generally having restricted overhead access. An anchor can be installed in the seabed and can include one or more sheaves. A pipeline can be provided, which can include related equipment and/or one or more coupling devices situated remotely from the anchor relative to the target area. A winch wire can be provided and is adapted to be directly or indirectly coupled across at least a portion of the target area to the pipeline. A transfer sling having a pull wire and an initiation wire can be coupled between the winch wire and pipeline to assist the winch wire pulling the pipeline into the target area and transferring a pipeline force from the sheave to the anchor independent of the sheave. | 06-25-2009 |
20090202305 | ANCHORING COLLAR - A flowline for hydrocarbon which is capable of being reeled and which is unreeled for being laid on the seabed using the reeled lay method is comprised of successive pipe sections having opposing ends which are joined by an anchor collar that is butt welded to the opposing ends. The pipe sections have a jacket on the exterior of the pipe sections, but the pipe sections are able to be reeled. Anchor collars are affixed by butt welding between the ends of adjacent pipe sections. Each anchor collar has a fixture or protrusion radially outward which has an outer diameter less than or at least not more than the outer diameter of the pipe section jacket. The flowline has the same inner diameter at the pipe sections and the collar, and the pipe has the same outer diameter as the collar, while the protrusion protrudes outward from the exterior of the collar. The flowline is anchored on the seabed by unreeling it from a spool, applying a clamp to the collar before delivering it to the seabed, and anchoring the clamp to the seabed. The jacket may expose the fixture or protrusion or may initially cover it and be removed to enable the clamping. | 08-13-2009 |

20080316024 | SECURITY SYSTEM CONTROL MODULE - A security system control module with a portable housing including a wireless receiver, control circuitry, nonvolatile memory, and a data connector. The receiver receives data transmissions from at least one wireless security device that monitors a condition of a premises in which the wireless security device is installed. The data connector exchanges data between the control circuitry and an external host device, and it also accepts from the external host device primary operating power for operating the wireless receiver, the control circuitry, and the nonvolatile memory. The control circuitry is adapted to process signals in accordance with a preprogrammed configuration file stored in the nonvolatile memory, the signals received via the wireless receiver from a wireless security device, and to communicate with an external computer located remotely from the external host device via the data connector using a first communications protocol. | 12-25-2008 |

20100318627 | METHOD FOR INTEGRATING PLUG-IN SECURITY PANEL MODULE WITH NETWORK INTERFACE MIDDLEWARE - A security system is provided. The security system includes a security processor having a plurality of inputs that receive signals from security sensors in a secured area and at least one data output path that couples the received signals from the security sensors to a central monitoring station and a network interface device coupled to the security processor that couples signals between the security processor and central monitoring station through a network connection, said network interface selected from the group consisting of a television set-top box, digital video recorder, DSL modem, fiber-optic modem, VSAT satellite transceiver and personal computer, and said network connection selected from the group consisting of a public or proprietary network connection, an Internet connection, a PSTN connection, and a cable TV distribution system connection. | 12-16-2010 |

20130104063 | USER INTERFACE FOR PRODUCT COMPARISON - A novel search interface embedded in the specification sheet of a product. By manipulating the specification sheet of the product the user may filter and refine the search results without having to type search queries and without having to return to the main search result page. The user may select one (or more) of the product characteristics listed in the specification sheet to activate as a search criterion. For example, if the user is viewing monitors and activates the LED backlight product characteristic as a search criterion, the search interface would perform a search to filter out plasma monitors, LCD monitors etc. The user may manipulate other data in the specification sheet including the priority of the activated product characteristics, the order in which the product characteristics are displayed in the specification sheet. The user may also set search filters for the parameters of the product characteristics. | 04-25-2013 |
20130167059 | USER INTERFACE FOR DISPLAYING AND REFINING SEARCH RESULTS - The present document describes a graphical user interface (GUI) for displaying and refining search results. The search results are received and stored in a queue along with a coefficient of relevance associated with each search result. The search results with the highest coefficients are displayed within the edge. A function indicating a user preference (like, dislike, etc.) is associated with the edge of the GUI, whereby when the user drags a search result toward the edge, the coefficients of the related search results are modified in accordance with a similarity factor between the dragged search result and the related search results. For example, if the user preference associated with the edge indicates that the user likes the dragged search result, the interface would increase the coefficient of the related search results and refine the search results displayed within the edge of the interface based on the modified coefficients. | 06-27-2013 |

20080280565 | Indoor coverage estimation and intelligent network planning - A method is described that involves calculating, by processing software program code on a computer, wireless signal coverage within a building for each of multiple floors within the building. The calculating includes accounting for outdoor signal coverage, accounting for building height, accounting for external building wall material and accounting for internal building wall material. Another method is described that involves planning, by processing software program code on a computer, node upgrades to a wireless networking service. The planning includes calculating outdoor node cost as a function of in building wireless network service coverage; calculating indoor node cost as a function of in building wireless network coverage; identifying an in building wireless network coverage value where said outdoor node cost equals said indoor node cost; recommending addition of an outdoor node because current coverage is less than said value; and, recommending addition of an indoor node because current coverage is greater than said value. | 11-13-2008 |
