20100102541 | AUTOMOTIVE AIRBAG APPARATUS - An automotive airbag apparatus is able to reduce the shock caused by early deployment of airbag against a passenger not in a position for safe airbag restraint, and further able to deploy quickly and effectively when a passenger is in a position for safe restraint. The airbag apparatus includes an airbag housing in which a folded airbag resides until deployed by the gas from an inflator, an airbag door that opens on a hinge from the pressure applied by the deploying airbag, and a restrictor member extending over the folded airbag beneath the airbag door with a direction from front to rear of the vehicle. The restrictor member has a fixed end at forward part thereof attached to the airbag housing, and a releasable fixed or free end at rearward part thereof, the free end coming into frictional contact with the airbag door in the vicinity of the hinge as the airbag door is pushed out by the early phase of the airbag deployment. | 04-29-2010 |

20090050880 | Method of Fabricating Thin-Film Transistor - The core metal of a protein such as ferritin is used as a nucleus for crystallizing a silicone thin film and then the thus crystallized film is employed in the channel part of a thin-film transistor. By aligning the protein on the surface of amorphous silicone and heating, the crystallinity is controlled. In the case of ferritin, the core diameter of the protein is 7 mm. That is, this protein is highly even in size (i.e., the metal content). Thus, the amount of the protein to be deposited on the amorphous silicone surface can be accurately controlled by controlling the protein core density. Furthermore, the type of the core metal can be altered by chemical reactions and the above method is applicable not only to amorphous silicone but also to amorphous films of various types such as germanium. Thus, the amount of nickel required in crystallization is controlled by using a protein. Moreover, the distribution density of the nickel core is controlled to thereby conduct crystallization at a desired crystal size. | 02-26-2009 |

20110240326 | Hermetically Sealed Vacuum Container For Fluorescence Emitting Tube - An anode substrate constituted of a conductive film forming substrate and a reinforcing substrate having different thermal expansion coefficient and being bonded together by the arrangement of adhesive layers is disclosed. The substrate can prevent creation of cracks on the conductive film forming substrate when heating and cooling the anode substrate. The adhesive layers are arranged at an interval, each of the adhesive layers being formed into a shape selected from a group consisting of a rectangular strip shape and a curved strip shape. The adhesive layers are arranged in a pattern to be symmetry with respect to a center line of the arrangement of the adhesive layers extending perpendicular to a line connecting both longitudinal ends of the arrangement of the adhesive layer. Furthermore, the adhesive layers include an outer adhesive portion located outward among remaining adhesive layers, and the outer adhesive layers are arranged shorter than the remaining adhesive layers. | 10-06-2011 |
