A teppanyaki assembly available for sucking air by multiple angles
comprises a platform including a cooking plane, and an air pump installed
in the platform and including an air guider as well as an air channel.
Wherein, the air guider has a housing disposed on the cooking plane and a
regulator pivoted to the housing. Tuning the regulator allows an air
entrance on the regulator to confront an external opening on the housing
by different degrees so as to pump air with divergent angles and filter
air properly. Besides, an air extracting effect could be favorably
controlled in accordance with different food.
1. A teppanyaki assembly available for sucking air by multiple angles
comprising a platform and an air pump installed in said platform;
wherein, said platform has a cooking plane, and said air pump has an air
guider disposed on said cooking plane as well as an air channel connected
to said air guider; wherein said air guider has a housing disposed on
said cooking plane and a regulator pivoted to said housing; wherein, said
housing has an external opening communicated with exterior and an inner
opening communicated with said air channel; said regulator defining an
air entrance, a through hole, and an obstructing wall disposed between
said air entrance and said through hole; rotating said regulator allows
said air entrance to confront said external opening by different degrees.
2. The teppanyaki assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein, a controller is outward extended from said regulator for triggering a rotation of said regulator.
3. The teppanyaki assembly as claimed in claim 2, wherein, said controller adopts a handle.
4. The teppanyaki assembly as claimed in claim 2, wherein, said controller adopts a knob.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
 1. Field of the Invention
 The present invention relates to a teppanyaki assembly, particularly to a teppanyaki assembly available for sucking air by multiple angles.
 2. Description of the Related Art
 Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, a conventional teppanyaki assembly 1 comprises a platform 11 provided with a cooking plane 12 and an air pump 13 installed in the platform 11. Wherein, the air pump 13 has an air guider 131 disposed on the cooking plane 12, an air channel 132 connected to the air guider 131, an air exhauster 133 disposed in the platform 11 and connected to the air channel 132, and an air gate 134 disposed in the air channel 132. The air exhauster 133 is turned on to cooperate with the air guider 131 and the air channel 132 for exhausting cooking fumes during cooking. While properly opening or closing the air gate 134 or while timely turning on or turning off the air exhauster 133, an air exhausting state could be controlled.
 However, there are shortcomings existing in the practice as follows:
 1. The air gate 134 fixed in the air channel 132 actually increases the air resistance therein. Moreover, the stationary disposition of the air gate 134 is also adverse for cleaning and maintenance since the platform 11 and the air channel 132 have to be disassembled, which is inconvenient.
 2. The air guider 131 fixed at the cooking plane 12 could merely exhaust air with a single angle. Therefore, the conventional air guider 131 is disadvantageous for the cooks since they can not adjust the air exhausting state in accordance with the practical needs. Besides the inconvenient air exhaustion, the air guiding effect of the air guider 131 is also influenced in view of its stationary disposition. As a result, the cooking fumes can not be exhausted thoroughly.
 3. Further, the air guider 131 is unable to control the air flow amount. Accordingly, when the cooks would like to serve the dish that contains alcohol or when the cooks want to perform a culinary art with fire, they have to close the air gate 132 for a while and then open it again for preventing the flame from being sucked by the air guider 131. Or alternatively, the cooks would turn off the air exhauster 133 awhile and later turn it on for preventing the same fire accident. However, the switch for close/open the air gate 134 or the switch for turn on/off the air exhauster 133 is generally away from the cook. Therefore, an instant shifting of the air gate 134 or the air exhauster 133 could not be timely adjusted, which is inconvenient for the cooks.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
 It is therefore the purpose of this invention to provide a teppanyaki assembly that is available for sucking airby multiple angles so as to allow cooks to freely utilize and concurrently facilitate culinary arts to be well performed.
 The teppanyaki assembly in accordance with the present invention comprises a platform and an air pump installed in the platform. The platform includes a cooking plane. The air pump includes an air guider disposed on the cooking plane and an air channel connected to the air guider. Characterized in that, the air guider has a housing disposed on the cooking plane and a regulator pivoted to the housing. Wherein, the housing has an external opening communicated with exterior and an inner opening communicated with the air channel. Further, the regulator defines an air entrance, a through hole, and an obstructing wall disposed between the air entrance and the through hole. Accordingly, rotating the regulator that is pivoted to the housing allows the air guider to be available for providing an air exhausting effect by multiple angles. Properly adjusting the corresponding relationship between the regulator and the external opening of the housing promotes the flexibility of the air exhausting effect of the air guider. Thereby, cooks would perform their fine culinary arts with ease.
 Preferably, a controller is outward extended from the regulator for triggering a rotation of the regulator.
 Preferably, the controller adopts a handle.
 Preferably, the controller adopts a knob.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
 Wherever possible, the same reference numbers are used in the drawings and the description to refer to the same or like parts.
 Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, a first preferred embodiment of the present invention is shown. A teppanyaki assembly 3 comprises a platform 31 and an air pump 32 disposed in the platform 31. Wherein, the platform 31 includes a cooking plane 311. Further, the air pump 32 has an air guider 321 disposed on the cooking plane and an air channel 322 connected to the air guider 321. Characterized in that, the air guider 321 has a housing A disposed on the cooking plane 311 and a regulator B pivoted to the housing A. Herein, the housing A has an external opening A1 communicated with exterior and an inner opening A2 communicated with the air channel 322. Additionally, the regulator B defines an air entrance B1, a through hole B2, and an obstructing wall B3 between the air entrance B1 and the through hole B2. In order to conveniently control the regulator B for properly adjusting the air exhausting effect of the air guider 321, a controller B4 is appropriately outward extended from the regulator B for triggering the rotation of the regulator B. As it should be, the controller B4 may adopt a knob that executes the adjustment thereof with gradations. Also, the controller B4 may adopt a handle, which is in accordance with the following depiction.
 Referring to FIGS. 4 and 6, when the cook starts to cook on the cooking plane 311, the air pump 32 is switched on. Concurrently, the air entrance B1 of the regulator B of the air guider 321 is rotated to confront the external opening A1. At the same time, the through hole B2 of the regulator B is disposed corresponding to the inner opening A2 of the housing A. Thereby, the air guider 321 and the air entrance 322 are connected for exhausting cooking fumes.
 Referring to FIGS. 7 and 8, during cooking, the cook properly adjusts a cooperating state of the air entrance B1 and the external opening A1 by means of the controller B4 according to his personal cooking habit and according to the amount of the cooking fumes. Thus, the air guider 321 is able to lead the air by multiple angles so as to promote the air exhausting flexibility. Accompanying with FIG. 9, when the cook would like to perform the culinary art by firing with alcohol, he can shift the air exhausting state instantly in time of cooking with ease since the air guider 321 is near him. That is, the controller B4 is adopted to trigger the rotation of the regulator B, so that the obstructing wall B3 is rotated to confront with the external opening A1 of the housing A, which obstructs the communication between the air guider 321 and the air channel 322. Thereby, the air pump 32 temporarily stops sucking cooking fumes. Obviously, the operation of the present invention is more convenient.
 Succeedingly, the housing A and the regulator B of the air guider 321 are pivotally engaged with each other. Thus, when greasy dirt piles in the air guider 321, or when the air guider 321 is broken in view of a long-termed using, the rotatable engagement allows the housing A and the regulator B to be disassembled for maintenance and cleaning. Therefore, maintainers do not have to dismantle the entire platform 31 for repairing, maintaining, and cleaning. Evidently, the present invention could be facilely washed and repaired.
 To sum up, the present invention particularly utilizes the rotatable engagement between the housing and the regulator of the air guider to provide an air exhausting effect by multiple angles, thus allowing the air guider to provide a better air guiding function by properly revolving the regulator. Further, while turning the obstructing wall of the regulator to confront with the external opening of the housing, the communication between the air guider and the air channel suspends so as to stop exhausting cooking fumes. Accordingly, the operation of the present invention is convenient for the cook, and washing, repairing, and maintaining the present invention also become easy.
 While we have shown and described the embodiment in accordance with the present invention, it should be clear to those skilled in the art that further embodiments may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
